Bactrim.

Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) is an antibiotic that can be used for the treatment of urinary tract infections, bronchitis, and a number of other infections caused by bacteria. People diagnosed with liver or kidney disease are not supposed to be taking this medicine as it may be dangerous for your health and wellbeing. In general it's recommended to discuss your treatment with your doctor to make sure you will benefit from it as much as possible. Make sure you let your doctor know if you have any medical conditions that may be direct contraindications, such as AIDS, asthma, folic acid deficiency, G6PD deficiency, kidney or liver disease. An overdose of Bactrim is possible and may produce the following symptoms: headache, drowsiness, dizziness, vomiting, appetite, fever, and stomach pain. Bactrim may cause a couple of mild side effects that can be avoided but cannot be foreseen. The following side effects are possible: joint pain, swollen tongue, insomnia, ringing in your ears, and dizziness. If those side effects do not change in intensity – there is no need for you to report them to your health care provider, as they are most likely to go away on their own without any need for your doctor's interference.
